If your organization fits within the eligibility criteria below and would like to discuss participation in Interac\u2019s services, please contact <a href=\"mailto:participation@interac.ca\">participation@interac.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The following financial institutions are eligible to become Participants on the Interac e-Transfer service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>providing regulated financial services in Canada as:\n<ul>\n<li>a bank;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">both<\/span> a FINTRAC-registered Money Service Business <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">and<\/span> investment dealer regulated by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization; or<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">both<\/span> a FINTRAC-registered Money Service Business <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">and<\/span> payment service provider registered with the Bank of Canada;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>a Central Cooperative Credit Society, a Cooperative Credit Association or a local cooperative credit society;<\/li>\n<li>a foreign bank operating at least one full-service branch in Canada;<\/li>\n<li>a foreign life insurance company;
